The floral design is created using black royal icing onto white chocolate ganache with the Indigo mesh stencil.
Some helpful tips when using this mesh stencil are that I find using darker colours works well due to the fine details of the stencil.
I’ve seen buttercream being used with this stencil however I prefer royal icing with a slightly “looser” consistency as it seems to fill in the stencil without being too watery.
