Yes, we sure do! We can deliver your order to most countries around the world. Please note that international delivery times may vary so please allow enough time for your order to arrive.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
What is the best way to clean my stencils?
Simply rinse in warm soapy water and pat dry. To ensure your stencil is fully dry, lay it flat on a tea towel until all water residue dries up.
What can acrylic stencils be used on?
Acrylic stencils are super versatile and can be used on buttercream, ganache and fondant covered cakes. They can also be used on breads, coffees, desserts, cookies & art and craft projects.
Acrylic stencils are also a great tool for embossing the cut-out pattern onto fondant.
What can mesh stencils be used on?
Mesh stencils can create super intricate and detailed designs and work beautifully on fondant cakes. Mesh stencils can be used effectively on buttercream cakes that set with a hard crust. To ensure a clear transfer use a heavily coloured, thinned out icing.

What types of icings can be used with acrylic stencils?
Buttercream, ganache and royal icing are ideal icings to use on all types of acrylic stencils.
When will my order be dispatched?
Currently dispatch takes between 2-5 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. Once your order is ready to be dispatched from us, we will send you an email with all your tracking details. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email.
Can I return an order?
Caking It Up handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. If you wish to return your order, please notify us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order, with a valid reason for return and include your order name and number.
Refunds will only be offered for unopened or faulty goods. Please note that postage costs for the return of goods are at the customers’ expense. Once your order has been returned, we will process your refund using the same payment method when purchase was made. All refunds are made at the discretion of Caking It Up.
